AI Thread Summary
Response card clickers are electronic devices used in college classrooms to facilitate interactive learning. They allow students to participate in polls and quizzes during lectures, enabling teachers to gauge understanding and engagement in real-time. The primary purpose of these clickers is to enhance classroom interaction and provide immediate feedback on student comprehension. However, some view them as an unnecessary expense, arguing that they mainly serve as a tool for attendance tracking and may not significantly contribute to the learning experience.

Hi, I am taking my first college physics class, and it says I need a response card clicker. Does somebody know what this is? What's its purpose? What does it do? How does it help me learn?

Just wondering, any answers would be appreciated.

Sorry if 'Profile Badge' is not the correct term. I have an MS 365 subscription and I've noticed on my Word documents the small circle with my initials in it is sometimes different in colour document to document (it's the circle at the top right of the doc, that, when you hover over it it tells you you're signed in; if you click on it you get a bit more info). Last night I had four docs with a red circle, one with blue. When I closed the blue and opened it again it was red. Today I have 3...
