Homework Statement



im manipulating the Schrödinger equation for a central potential.

at some point I need 1/r2 d/dr (r2 dR/dr ) to equal X''/r

where R = X/r

when i sub in R i get

1/r ( - dX/dr -1/r2 X'' +1/r X'' )

I'm most likely making an obvious error but nevertheless...
