So recently i just got interested in communication related careers that pertain to the field of engineering, so i was wondering would this be more related to computational engineering or electrical engineering

Depends on what you want to work on. EE is more directly related, and the best bet, but computer engineering may be helpful if you want to work on the circuits/jhardware.
