Update Drivers for Gaming: Free Scan & Paid Options

AI Thread Summary
A program that automatically updates drivers is available, but it requires payment, although it offers a free scan. Users are seeking links for specific driver updates, particularly those that enhance gaming performance. RadarSync is recommended as a free alternative to Driver Detective, providing links for driver downloads. If RadarSync fails to find updates, users can visit manufacturer websites for driver support. Common sources for drivers include Intel's website, where chipset drivers can be found, and specific drivers may also be available through Windows Update. For users with corrupted driver disks, direct links to download drivers for specific graphics cards, such as the Asus EN8600GT, are provided.

I found a program that can automatically update your drivers. Put you have to pay for it. It includes a free scan though. I need update for the following drivers:

I'd really appreciate if you could post links from where I can download latest versions, or if you have Driver Detective you could give me registration number. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I'm mostly interested in drivers that would improve gaming experience.

You can get the links from Radarsync

I don't have a registration for driver detective, but you can use Radarsync to get the links. It's a freeware that does the same thing as driver detective (it also finds software updates), but it gives you the links to download the files for free.
Also, if the scan with the RadarSync software doesn't turn up the same updates, the company's website also has lists of drivers and you can look yours up there to get the links. Just google 'RadarSync' and you'll find it.

I found that program, but after the scan it gives me an error "Illegal characters in path." I was clicking "Continue" for few minutes, but the error kept popping up.

Just go to the manufactures websites.
Drivers are usually found under support.

Most of the ones you list are www.Intel.com and most should be in the chipset driver package except for the lan driver (pro/100) which I think is a separate download.
You'll need your mother board model (this may be listed on one of the bios screens).

To get current version numbers
RightClick->MyComputer; Click->Manage; Click->DeviceManager
Locate the driver in the list of all drivers.

The mouse driver may be in windows update.

to my knowledge all drivers are to be found on your manufacturers website but if you know the name of the drivers you could search for them on google specificaly.

Thread 'ChatGPT Examples, Good and Bad'
I've been experimenting with ChatGPT. Some results are good, some very very bad. I think examples can help expose the properties of this AI. Maybe you can post some of your favorite examples and tell us what they reveal about the properties of this AI. (I had problems with copy/paste of text and formatting, so I'm posting my examples as screen shots. That is a promising start. But then I provided values V=1, R1=1, R2=2, R3=3 and asked for the value of I. At first, it said...
Sorry if 'Profile Badge' is not the correct term. I have an MS 365 subscription and I've noticed on my Word documents the small circle with my initials in it is sometimes different in colour document to document (it's the circle at the top right of the doc, that, when you hover over it it tells you you're signed in; if you click on it you get a bit more info). Last night I had four docs with a red circle, one with blue. When I closed the blue and opened it again it was red. Today I have 3...
