What Happened to the View Most Recent Post Button?

I can no longer see the "view most recent post" button, or whatever it was called, anymore. It happened sometime today. I've tried using different browsers and operating systems, yet the issue remains.

The button/feature is very important to me. I would say it is the feature that I use the most.

I actually think that I could die if this situation isn't remediable. Please take that into consideration.
