The function is:
g(x)=x^2+2x^\frac{2}{3} on [-2,2]
So far I got the derivative as:
g'(x)=2x+\frac{4}{3}x^{-\frac{1}{3}}
Now, I am stuck at finding the critical #s. I need help.
