What are the early stages for getting selected in the team for IPhO?

Hi, I am Shashwat. I love Mathematics and Physics. I am also preparing for NSEP and INPho which are early stages for getting selected in team for IPhO. I am also preparing for Math entrance exams and Olympiads.
