My daughter and I don't agree on pronunciation of the delicious Thai dish, "phad thai."

Is it "pod tie" or "pad tie"?

Neither, its phad thai.
 
I thought it was pronounced "PAH-TAY!"

You could also say it as ผัดไทย.
