for one dimensional, things are only moving in a straight line. for two dimensional, both the x and y coordinates have to be taken into account.
 
so i could say that the main difference (in simple terms ) is that movement in one dimensio is an objects moving in only one directio(staright line) while the movement in two dimensions would be an objects moving in two different directions at the same time?

This will be a bit awkward.No object can move in two different directions at the same time.

Better say it ..the object moves in a plane.Better still in x-y plane.

Two dimensions adds a kind of motion that simply does not exist in the one dimensional case. Once again not answering the question for you, a hint:

I multiplied the values first without the error limit. Got 19.38. rounded it off to 2 significant figures since the given data has 2 significant figures. So = 19. For error I used the above formula.
