What is the Intersection of Law and Physics in Industry and Venture Companies?

I'm a lawyer who concentrated in physics as an undergraduate 40 years ago, and still has some professional involvement with it, especially in the industrial and venture company contexts. I've also been reading math recreationally for about as long, though that hasn't made me particularly good at it.
