A user is seeking assistance to replace a broken bat wing style handle, sharing images of both the broken and intact versions. They express difficulty in finding an exact match but mention that searching for "Chippendale style brass cabinet pull handle" could yield better results. Two potential replacement options are provided through links to a hardware website and an Etsy listing. Additionally, the suggestion is made to utilize image search tools to find similar handles.
