What is a Peltier Coefficient?
\dot{Q} = \Pi_{AB} I = \left( \Pi_B - \Pi_A \right) I
where \Pi_{AB} is the coefficent of the thermocouple, and \Pi_B and \Pi_A are the coefficient of each material.
