Which rating of generator i can use for 07KW load

Hello friends,
I am doing my collage project in which main concept is to produce electricity from speed backer and want to use this energy for street light.
now my que is my total load will be max 0.7 KW and i have no more idea about generator selection
so can you please suggest the generator which i can use?
