Which rating of generator i can use for 07KW load

Click For Summary
SUMMARY

The discussion centers on selecting a generator suitable for a maximum load of 0.7 kW for a college project involving energy production from a speed breaker. Participants suggest that a generator rated for at least 1 kW is advisable to accommodate potential load fluctuations. Additionally, they emphasize the importance of considering generator efficiency and compatibility with energy harvesting systems. The conversation highlights the need for clarity on the term "speed backer," which likely refers to a speed breaker.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of generator specifications and ratings
  • Familiarity with energy harvesting concepts
  • Basic knowledge of electrical load calculations
  • Awareness of street lighting energy requirements
NEXT STEPS
  • Research suitable generators for 1 kW load capacity
  • Explore energy harvesting techniques from speed breakers
  • Learn about generator efficiency ratings and their impact on performance
  • Investigate street lighting energy consumption and requirements
USEFUL FOR

Students, electrical engineers, and project developers interested in renewable energy solutions and generator selection for low-load applications.

Hello friends,
I am doing my collage project in which main concept is to produce electricity from speed backer and want to use this energy for street light.
now my que is my total load will be max 0.7 KW and i have no more idea about generator selection
so can you please suggest the generator which i can use?
