AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers around a form letter received from the "National Registers Who's Who," which appears to be a solicitation for individuals to pay for inclusion in an expensive directory. Participants express skepticism about the legitimacy of such publications, noting that they often target individuals who are not even company owners. I just got a form letter from the "National Registers Who's Who".

Dear Company Owner,

It is our pleasure to inform you blah blah blah

Sincerely
National Registers Who's Who
Board of Directors

It's followed by a form for me to fill out so I can tell them who I am. I'm not even a company owner.

They don't care who you are. They just want to sell you an expensive book with your name in it.

I've gotten those before but the spam was specific to my industry, came through my work e-mail.

I thought this thread was about waking up in a Soho doorway.

"You can go sleep at home tonight if you can get up and walk away"

I've been planning to start a compendium of Who's Who compendiums. I will spam all the Who's Who publishers and let them know their Who's Who has been specially selected for our prestigious Who's Who list.

Who's with me?

I'm too old for a mid-life crisis, but it might be fun to have a Miata.

Who Are You was Moon's last album. Sad. Good drummer, though he was a more prolific drugger.
