AI Thread Summary
The discussion highlights the humorous aspects of a parody product advertised on MadTV, specifically referencing the Spishak products. The conversation notes the absurdity of the claims made in the advertisement, such as the instruction "Don't blink!" and the sale of Valium online. Participants point out the misleading nature of the marketing, particularly the disclaimer stating that the statement about a "painless procedure" has not been evaluated by the FDA. Additionally, there's a lighthearted observation about the doctor in the advertisement wearing glasses, adding to the comedic critique of the product's credibility.

That's pretty funny. The nice thing about it is that there are few giveaways that make it look fake. The only thing that I notice is the "Don't blink!" and the fact that they're allegedly selling Valium over the Internet.

I like how in the instructions they put a * next to "Perform the painless procedure."

Then at the bottom they put "*This statement has not been evaluated by the FDA."
