I want to get a full text of this article, but it does not work. Does anyone know how i can get it? It was asking about subscribing which i don't know what it is...:cry:

You need a subscription to the journal in order to access it.

You can access it from a university computer, if the university is subscribed to it. Otherwise you can ask the library to get the article for you.
 
Does subscribing mean that we have to pay for it?

Yes, you pay to have access to the periodical for a specified period of time. Universities have subscriptions to many journals, so you are able to access them freely from their computers.
