Thanks for posting that, Bill. I really enjoy working with ED docs and nurses. Especially when it comes to crazy MCI stuff happening (or in exercises). They set such a great example of staying calm and how to keep thinking on your feet. (And of course, like he stresses in the article -- think ahead and practice and prepare).
