Hey people (again).

Most people have posted when they go away so I am too. Hope this thread as flourished when I get back

Anyway I am off to Norfolk, England for my ACF annual camp. Should be good. Getting picked on by the coys but then they realize we get it easy and make music. HEHE.

If you post there to me I will not reply for a week as I am off in about 10 minutes.

Hope you all have fun. I am going to have a lot to read later with all the threads going on :grumpy:   Never mind. Should be worth it.

Have nice time whatever you are doing.

Hummm... well. Some are too bad to put on these forums but some I can tell.

There is an idiot in our band called Cadet Baker. He can be alright but he got excited about wasps. Killing them. Anyway so we shut the door and told him to come around. He didn't and we left him. We went to our band block and he stayed there for about 10 minutes killing wasps with his beret.

We arrived at the barracks at 12:30 am and had to wait ages for sheets. Was about 3 am before sleep was even thought of. :grumpy:

We were on camp with A Coy (Company), B Coy and C Coy. A and C are Sotons and C are Pompeits. So we played the Pompey chimes the worst ecer (the band play normal, my mate played it down a semitone and I played it up a semitone (just imagine the noise)). The Saints was played perfectly.

More stories later if you really want them.

Hmmm...his folks must have planned his life out completely, before they named him.

Cadet is his rank. I am not giving out his first name incase he comes across this (not that he has the brains to).

The ranking system is:
Cadet
Lance Corporal
Corporal
Sergant
Colour/Staff Sergant
CSM (Company Sergant Major)
RSM

That is for cadets.

In fact in another forum I've I've been reading, there is someone else going by 'The Bob'. This other guy is in South Africa though. So since there's been no indication that The Bob boasts any unusual quantum properties, I decided it was a different guy...

Welcome back!

If you get promoted, do we get to call you Triple-The-Bob-Major? :tongue2:

Or would that just make it likely that you'd show up underneath some of our windows at 3am playing Pompei in six different keys at once...? :surprise:

X coy was from the New Forest (go X coy... when I used to be there), Y coy were the Sotonites and Z coy were from farmer country or something...
