I'm trying to calculate force exerted by a moving truck weighing 157,000 kg, given a loaded velocity of 54.8 km/hr. How do I come up with the acceleration of the moving truck inorder to come up with the force exerted by the truck?

The force of the truck exerted on what? There are a number of ways to interpret the question given the above information. You could say:

Since the truck weighs 157,000kg, the force it exerts on the ground is (9.81m/s^2)*(157,000kg)=1,540,170 Newtons.

You could also say that, assuming no rolling resistance, and because the truck is not accelerating (a=0 m/s^2), there is no force (F=0 N) required to keep it moving.

first of all i will tel you
tht we have this formula
F=ma...
and we all know tht F=mg
in case of F=mg we use this formula there where we there is gravitational force
and as in your case we don't need such things
so we use
F=ma
and further acceleration is rate of change of velocity with respect to time
as in matimatical equation
a=v/t
now put the values in the a and you will get the accelration value and then put this value in the above formula
and finaly you got your correct answer...
