I wonder if there is a mathematical formula to calculate the flow rate of a fan if following parameter are known

Fan effective diameters

Blade Angle ( Pitch )

Number of Blades

Speed ( RPM )

Power Consumption

Pressure at inlet of the fan

Given a fan I would find the cross sectional area and hold an anemometer (wind speed meter) to the fan in various places. The product of the average velocity and the cross sectional area is flow rate.

I'm sure there is some complicated procedure to calculate this using mechanical principles and fluid dynamics.

This site may help.
