AI Thread Summary
Creating a radially oriented magnet without inequality or jagged edges is fundamentally challenged by the absence of magnetic monopoles. While a spherical monopole is impossible, a disk-shaped configuration may be feasible. Users can utilize pie-shaped magnets with truncated ends, commonly used in DC motors, to achieve a similar effect. It's important to ensure that the supplier specifies the orientation of the poles when purchasing these magnets. Overall, while some configurations are possible, limitations remain in achieving the ideal design without imperfections.

Can we build it without any inequality and without any jagged ?
i want all flux work as well as picture
can we build this radially oriented magnet?

No, there is no such thing as a magnetic monopole.

i know that there is no such thing as a magnetic monopole
But maybe we can build it in a labratoar with high tech ?

Nope

You could make a "monopole" disk, but not a sphere. The spherical monopole is precluded for quite fundamental reasons.

Clearly.

But one could super glue the north poles of magnets together so that their south poles stick out like the spikes of a porcupine.

we can build it as disk?

You can purchase pie shaped magnets where the pointy ends are truncated. They are used to make DC motors. You buy one kind so that all the similar poles faces outward, rather than alternating as in a motor. You'll end up with a thick ring with a fairly large hole in the middle. Google "motor magnets". I suggest you only buy them online if the supllier clearly states the orientation of the poles.

You can get arc shaped magnets with the magnetic orientation you're looking for at rare-earth-magnets.com. I hope it's what you need. :) I would have posted a direct link, but I don't have 15 posts yet.
