Complex lens

    When an object is placed at the principle focus of a complex lens, then the image is
    A) larger and inverted
    B) smaller and inverted
    C) the same size and inverted
    D) not formed at all
    Incorrect. Your answer=C, Correct answer=D

    MY QUESTION: WHAT ON EARTH IS A COMPLEX LENS? CONVEX OR CONCAVE?

    I suspect it means a compound lens: several lenses combined together.
    Does it matter?
