Homework Statement
Given
x+y = 6\sqrt2
a + b = 6\sqrt 2
Find minimum value of \sqrt{x^2 + a^2} + \sqrt{y^2+b^2}
2. The attempt at a solution
I had plotted the f(x,y) with constant a ,b
And that's all. I don't realize how to do this.
Any comment will be appreciated
