AI Thread Summary
To improve understanding in Physics 10, resources like MERLOT provide valuable information and online tests. The Schaum Outline Series, particularly the College Physics book, is highly recommended for additional study materials. An online homework service from the University of Texas can also be beneficial, but requires teacher account setup. Utilizing these resources can significantly enhance learning and help achieve better grades. Engaging with these tools is essential for academic success in physics.

I highly, highly recommend grabbing one of the Schaum Outline Series books, especially the one titled College Physics. You should have no problem finding them in your local bookstore.

There is an online homework service at https://hw.utexas.edu/overview.html but you will need your teacher to create an account. I have used the service for quite a long time and found it helpful to my students.

I think it's easist first to watch a short vidio clip I find these videos very relaxing to watch .. I got to thinking is this being done in the most efficient way? The sand has to be suspended in the water to move it to the outlet ... The faster the water , the more turbulance and the sand stays suspended, so it seems to me the rule of thumb is the hose be aimed towards the outlet at all times .. Many times the workers hit the sand directly which will greatly reduce the water...
