To determine the significant difference between the two values, 1.7×10^5 and 1.49×10^6, at least three measurements for each data point are required. The discussion clarifies that the provided range indicates different concentrations rather than a single data point. Statistical tests, such as t-tests or ANOVA, may be necessary to analyze the significance of the differences. The importance of having a proper sample size and understanding the context of the data is emphasized. Accurate interpretation of results hinges on these statistical methods.

can someone give me a fomula to determine the significant difference of the difference in cells/mL in the sample our graph shows 1.7×〖10〗^5 and 1.49×〖10〗^6 how do i find if these numbers are significantly different?
I know this is very broad and really doesn't give you much to work with but all i can give you is also the range of our answers and that is 1.7×〖10〗^5 is the lowest and 1.7×〖10〗^6 is the highest data point

thank you so much again

To determine significance you need to have at least 3 measurements at each datapoint. The range you give is for different datapoints (different concentrations), isn't it?
