in the case of a disc rotating about the centroidal axis and having an unbalanced mass we used the formula
F(force)=m x r x w^2, where r is the distance from the center to the center, m mass of the unbalanced, w rotational speed
in the case of a disc rotating about axis parallel to the centroidal axis what equation we may use, what equation shall we use to obtain the force of unbalancing.

Start by recognizing that the "force" you used in the first place was not a force at all but a mass x acceleration term. For the new case, do the same thing in the new geometry; it will work out.
