I know that this is probably a pathetic question to ask, but I shall ask anyways. How do you get the picture/avatar that appears under your name in posts? I know that many members have it, and I want one too. Please help.

You have to be a premium member. (On the top of PF home page there is a link that says "UPGRADE")

I believe it was the summer of 2001 that I made a trip to Peru for my work. I was a private contractor doing automation engineering and programming for various companies, including Frito Lay. Frito had purchased a snack food plant near Lima, Peru, and sent me down to oversee the upgrades to the systems and the startup.
