Can someone give me a clear definition of what Global Socio-Cultural Responsibility is i am writing a paper on it and cannot find clear definitions. Thanx

Why don't you begin by giving us a frame work of your (general) understanding?
 
My general understanding is that it is a person or entity acting in good faith to a social or cultural event in concern for humanity.

If someone knows the subject better could you please explain it like you were talking to a 12 year old? That would probably help.
