How Can Programming Enhance Astronomy and Flight Simulation?

Hi everyone!
My hobby is to write PC programs for astronomy, flight simulation and statistics. Sometimes I need help to better understand how things work, and so here I am.
My English is not too good, but I'll do my best to write something that should be understandable.
