I have need to know at what speed would a bucket wheel 8ft diameter turn. That has sixteen buckets 8 are going down filled with 25 gallons of water each 8 going up empty. Each bucket 25 gals of water are approx 200 lbs so there are 2400 lbs dropping the rest of this equation I ask humbly is for one of you brains to help me figure out
