- Need to make a mobile thyristor based rectifier and inverter bridge with DC link
Hello, I have 6 semikrom SKKT 27/16 E modules* and a 28 mH inductor. I would like to know how I can wire them up as grid side rectifier bridge, an inductor DC link and a load side inverter bridge and connect a 400Vrms, 50Hz on the grid side (R, S, T) and to a small, synchronous motors on the load side (U, V, W). Additional questions that I wonder. What's the smallest motor power rating I can use, Minimum gate voltage for the thyristors, how can I use a microcontroller like Raspberry Pi for this application. Thank you.
