I am trying to build an interactive physics model for thr students in my school.
I'm not sure how I can do it.
I tried to write it on Java and C# with no success.
I don't want it to be a web application.
Which tools and languages I should use.

What do you mean by that? Java and C# are general purpose languages, so you should be able to program whatever you want. What did you try to do that those languages didn't allow?

I've tried to intuit public key encryption but never quite managed. But this seems to wrap it up in a bow. This seems to be a very elegant way of transmitting a message publicly that only the sender and receiver can decipher. Is this how PKE works? No, it cant be. In the above case, the requester knows the target's "secret" key - because they have his ID, and therefore knows his birthdate.
