A current carrying conductor produces a magnetic field but what if there is an object which has the same speed as current. Will there be magnetic field by the current carrying conductor for that object?

A current is generally not associated with a speed.

The magnetic field mixes with the electric field under Lorentz transformations. This means (among other things) that observers in relative motion will measure different magnetic fields.

When asking that question, you have to specify in what frame you are measuring the magnetic field. I assume you are asking what the magnetic field is in the frame of the object . Then no, there is no magnetic field in that frame (but the electric field in that frame is different from the electric field in other frames).
