AI Thread Summary
To plot x as a function of y when y is defined as a complex function of x, users can utilize tools in Mathematica to effectively "flip" the axes. This method allows for the inversion of the plot, enabling the representation of x[y] even when expressing x in terms of y is challenging. The solution was confirmed to be effective, providing a straightforward approach to achieving the desired plot transformation.

I have a complex function y[x], and I want to plot x[y] but it's difficult to express x in term of y. Is there any way that I can inverse the plot of y[x] into plot of x[y], just like "fliping" the axes?
Thanks!

Google will tell you. Try "mathematica flip axes".
