How are u? I want to know how is multimeter can value capacitor. also what is design for it, I mean farad unit in multimeter.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but I'll answer what I think you are asking. If you are asking how some DMMs can measure capacitance, they use an AC voltage signal to sense how much current is being drawn by the capacitor. A typical test frequency would be 1kHz up to 100kHz. Does that answer the question?
