I can vouch for that. I have played a few MMOs and there are ppl that make a load of money selling in game items(even some Malaysians that i have personally met). It makes sense that they are now hiring ppl to do it.

Thank you for sharing this article on MMO farming sweatshops. It is indeed an interesting read and sheds light on a dark reality within the gaming industry. The exploitation of workers, often in developing countries, for the purpose of farming virtual goods is a concerning issue. It not only affects the workers themselves, but also has a negative impact on the gaming community as a whole.

The fact that these sweatshops exist and are profitable is a reflection of the demand for virtual goods in the gaming world. However, it is important for gamers to be aware of the unethical practices behind the production of these goods and to consider the consequences of supporting such practices.

It is encouraging to see efforts being made by game companies to combat these sweatshops and protect their players from scams and fraud. However, it is also important for gamers to be vigilant and report any suspicious activities that they come across in-game.

Overall, this article brings to light an important issue that needs to be addressed by both game companies and players. Thank you for sharing and raising awareness on this topic.
