AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers around seeking resources on a specific methodology, particularly focusing on theoretical aspects rather than detailed protocols. A key resource provided is a link to a document covering both theory and radioactive protocols. Participants emphasize the importance of theory in their inquiry, noting that previous searches yielded protocol-heavy results. There is a suggestion that members may have valuable links that are not widely shared, highlighting a desire for more theoretical insights in addition to practical protocols.

What do you want to know?

Non-radioactive or radioactive protocols or just the theory

This covers most of the theory and radioactive protocol.

I did do a google search, but the results of my find were pretty protocol intensive, and my focus was on theory. I also like to believe that depending on the subject material, some members keep magic links up their sleeves. Thank you very much for that link Ian, as usual, you were quite helpful.

This thread is my attempt to understanding the evidence that Natural Selection in the human genome was recent and regional. On Page 103 of A Troublesome Inheritance, Wade writes the following: "The regional nature of selection was first made evident in a genomewide scan undertaken by Jonathan Pritchard, a population geneticist at the...
