MS Excel Function

  1. Feb 9, 2008 #1
Which do I find the excel function for additional amount up every week?

For example: $100 + $50 = $150 last week then add new $50 this week total is $200 to keep the amount up every week. It should work either + /- amount

    Thank you.

I'm not completely sure what you are trying to do.

Me neither. It sorta sounds like you want a running total, but that's just a matter of adding an equation in the next colum that adds the number above (previous total) to the number to the left (the next new number to add). It's a pretty simple thing.

    Excel Function

That is correct, the similar like the bank amount sub(-) to spend or sum(+) to deposit...amount keep running total up and down everyday all year. I thought the function can work.
