I really need help on this question because it is driving me insane.

A car weighs 8000 N. It has four wheels. Each tyre has a pressure of 20 N/CM2(cm squared).

If the weight is spread evenly, what is the weight supported by each tyre?

Please help me!

I think you might be overthinking this one a bit.

If the car weighs 8000 N and its weight is spread evenly over its four tires, each tire must be supporting 2000 N. The pressure of the tires was thrown in there just to confuse you!

Some physics textbook writer told me that Newton's first law applies only on bodies that feel no interactions at all. He said that if a body is on rest or moves in constant velocity, there is no external force acting on it. But I have heard another form of the law that says the net force acting on a body must be zero. This means there is interactions involved after all. So which one is correct?
