Quantum Mechanics of charge-monopole system

Hi , I am having a presentation on QM charge monopole system at the end of November as a requirement for my course. I need some good resource on it to dig in as my instructor left it in our hand. so kindly suggest me some good things to start on .

for your information, I am in final year of my undergrad. and I want to make it like a paper that I can publish later on

If we release an electron around a positively charged sphere, the initial state of electron is a linear combination of Hydrogen-like states. According to quantum mechanics, evolution of time would not change this initial state because the potential is time independent. However, classically we expect the electron to collide with the sphere. So, it seems that the quantum and classics predict different behaviours!
