Yes, but teleportation in quantum physics does not mean an object disappears at one place and reappears at another. Quantum teleportation means that the state of an object is transmitted to another object.

Star Girl, you're going to have to be clearer than that. Otherwise, people are just going to guess at what you mean. (DennisN has made just that sort of guess)

If we release an electron around a positively charged sphere, the initial state of electron is a linear combination of Hydrogen-like states. According to quantum mechanics, evolution of time would not change this initial state because the potential is time independent. However, classically we expect the electron to collide with the sphere. So, it seems that the quantum and classics predict different behaviours!
