AI Thread Summary
An expired password notification indicates that a password has reached its maximum age, typically requiring a change for security reasons. Users are advised to change their passwords every six months to maintain account security. Some participants noted discrepancies in the password age displayed, suggesting it may not accurately reflect the actual duration since activation. Despite confusion over the message, the consensus is to proceed with changing the password for safety. Regular password updates are essential for protecting online accounts.

It's an erroneous message that pops up sometimes. Juast change your password and you'll be safe.

Not erroneous. Passwords should be changed every 6 months.

I meant that the number of days doesn't match the length of time since the password was activated.
