Hi All,

Just want to introduce myself as I am new to the board.

My name is Christian, I live in the UK and at the ripe age of 40 am returning to study my first love, Physics.

I start on a CertHE in Maths and Physics in October this year at Birkbeck College in London with a view to going on to study Astrophysics at UCL in 2016 (all I need is a distinction in every module...no pressure :P).

This looks like a really great board and I can't wait to dive in!

All the best,

Chris

Hello Chris. Welcome to PF, and welcome back to Physics.

Good luck with your studies.

Hello fellow Physics enthusiasts, I am an aeronautical engineering graduate (Bachelor's) who is interested in Physics and Mathematics, and I have been re-learning all the basics. I wanted to join a science forum, especially one dedicated to Physics and maths, to apply these subjects to my engineering studies. I hope to learn a lot through this forum. Thank you for your warm welcome.
