AI Thread Summary
Testing for radium in environments and bodies can be done using tools like Geiger counters, which effectively detect radioactive elements. While professional testing services exist, they can be expensive, prompting interest in DIY solutions for both room and body testing. Resources for creating a DIY dosimeter are available online, with various forums discussing methods and experiences. However, building a reliable device at home may not be straightforward. Overall, exploring both professional and DIY testing options can help assess radium exposure effectively.
