Universal electromagnetic field formula

AI Thread Summary
A request for a universal electromagnetic field equation focuses on calculating the interactions of a wire in a magnetic field, rather than specific configurations like solenoids or loops. The discussion highlights the need for a formula that can determine inductance force and magnetic field intensity in varied scenarios. Reference is made to Maxwell's equations, which are foundational in electromagnetic theory. Participants express interest in finding a more generalized approach to these calculations. The conversation emphasizes the complexity of electromagnetic interactions and the desire for simplified solutions.

does anybody know where i could find a universal or nearly universal electromagnetic field equation
by universal i mean instead of calculating for a solenoid or a loop of wire just calculating for a wire weather curved or not which is in the presence of another magnetic field of a predefined intensity
i need to calculate for inductance force between fields and magnetic field intensity but if you know of even one i would greatly appreciate it

This guy Maxwell came up with some nifty EM field equations.

Thread 'Motional EMF in Faraday disc, co-rotating magnet axial mean flux'
So here is the motional EMF formula. Now I understand the standard Faraday paradox that an axis symmetric field source (like a speaker motor ring magnet) has a magnetic field that is frame invariant under rotation around axis of symmetry. The field is static whether you rotate the magnet or not. So far so good. What puzzles me is this , there is a term average magnetic flux or "azimuthal mean" , this term describes the average magnetic field through the area swept by the rotating Faraday...
