Kyoto University has announce a transistor that will operate at 600 degrees Centigrade.

I don't think it is quite Venus-ready, but it's close.

Maybe MTBF and lifetime will be more important. I wonder how many days they will operate at those temperatures before diffusion damages the structure. What if there are 100,000 transistors or more.
How much duplication and error correcting logic will be required?
