Participants express skepticism about the feasibility of achieving this goal without a solid theoretical foundation. Some suggest that a comprehensive study of existing physics is essential before making further advancements. Others highlight the importance of innovative thinking and new approaches to tackle the complexities involved. What do you think the first step towards finding the theory of everything ?

Example combine GR and QFT in singularity or I don't know so I am asking you.

What do you think the first step towards finding the theory of everything ?
Making a study of physics.

Sorry...this is nothing but wide-open speculation.

So I know that electrons are fundamental, there's no 'material' that makes them up, it's like talking about a colour itself rather than a car or a flower. Now protons and neutrons and quarks and whatever other stuff is there fundamentally, I want someone to kind of teach me these, I have a lot of questions that books might not give the answer in the way I understand. Thanks
