AI Thread Summary
The city in Argentina known for its extensive display of sculptures is Resistencia, located in Chaco. The name "Resistencia" translates to "resistance." While some participants initially suggested Córdoba due to its numerous public art installations, Resistencia is specifically recognized for its outdoor sculptures. Other Argentine cities noted for public art include Buenos Aires and Rosario, but Resistencia stands out for its unique collection of high-value pieces displayed throughout the city.

Does anyone know of that city in Argentina where sculptures are all over the city?... it is not really a museum but a city where high valued pieces are just on display in the streets? I am looking for the name of this city.

Thanks

for your question! The city you are referring to is most likely Cordoba, Argentina. It is known for its many public sculptures and art installations throughout the city, giving it a museum-like feel. Some notable pieces include the "Monument to San Martin" and the "Plaza de las Artes" sculpture garden. Other cities in Argentina with a strong presence of public art include Buenos Aires and Rosario.
