AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers on determining which workpiece, labeled A or B, exhibits a greater springback effect during bending. Participants consider the thickness of the material at the bend area as a key factor influencing springback. One viewpoint suggests that workpiece B, being thicker in the bend area, is likely to experience greater springback. The conversation also touches on the use of spring estimation equations to quantify the springback effect, indicating a need for analytical methods to support conclusions. Overall, the focus is on the relationship between material thickness and springback behavior in bending processes.

Should be A or B?
How do i figure it out? by using spring estimation equation?

thank you

any idea? i think should be B, because it is thicker at the bend area, isn't?
