Who knows of him and his music? I discovered him about a month ago or so, he's fantastic. I'll try and get some videos embedded, but for now you can look in the Best Songs Ever thread.

Parts of Britain experienced tribal rivalries/conflicts as well as invasions by the Romans, Vikings/Norsemen, Angles, Saxons and Jutes, then Normans, and various monarchs/emperors declared war on other monarchs/emperors. Seems that behavior has not ceased.
